Today, we’re proud, and honestly, a little in awe to share that Great Question has raised $13 million USD in Series A funding, led by Inovia Capital.
It’s an important milestone for our team, but more importantly, it’s fuel for the next stage of our mission: making high-quality research accessible to every team in an organization, not just professional researchers.
When we started Great Question, we’d both felt the same pain again and again: customer insights were buried in decks no one read, trapped in tools no one used, or held by a handful of researchers trying to support hundreds of people across dozens of teams.
We believed there was a better way. One where research wasn’t a bottleneck or a black box, but something everyone could participate in.
That belief became our north star.
We’re building a world where research isn’t a department, it’s a habit. Every team should be able to talk to customers, test ideas, and make decisions grounded in customer truth.
Today, we’re trusted by leading enterprises like ServiceNow, Brex, Canva, and Asana, along with hundreds of growing teams who use Great Question to integrate research into their everyday decisions.
They’re proving what happens when research becomes part of company culture: faster learning, smarter decisions, and products that reflect what customers actually need.
Research democratization is no longer a buzzword. It’s the next major shift in how enterprises build products and make decisions.
This raise gives us the resources to accelerate that shift.
Over the coming months, we’ll focus on:
Enterprises don’t need more tools; they need more insight. Democratization isn’t about giving everyone access; it’s about giving everyone understanding.
We believe that’s where research is heading. Toward a future where curiosity, not hierarchy, drives discovery.

This raise isn’t an endpoint, it’s a launchpad.
We’re just getting started on building a world where every decision starts with a great question, and where research isn’t limited by role, team, or title.
To our team, thank you for your relentless curiosity and care.
To our customers, thank you for trusting us to power your work.
And to our investors including Inovia, Y Combinator, January Capital, and Character VC — thank you for believing in what we’re building.
Here’s to the next chapter of research democratization.
